Haywire Dry Rub began as a wellness pivot during the pandemic - born from a desire to cut sugar and sodium without losing flavour. After months of experimenting, we finally perfected our recipe.

Then, life changed forever. Greg suffered a traumatic brain injury after a sleepwalking accident, leading to multiple emergency surgeries, loss of vision and hearing on his left side, and a long road to recovery. Through it all, his determination never wavered. He refused to let this setback stop our dream.

On Sept 14, 2024, we officially soft-launched Haywire Dry Rub. Every jar represents resilience, health, and purpose. And because Greg’s journey opened our eyes to the lack of support for TBI survivors, we’ve partnered with the Southern Alberta Brain Injury Society - donating a portion of proceeds to help survivors and caregivers.

This is more than spice. It’s proof that even in the hardest times, passion and purpose can thrive.
