Ingredients:
- Corn on the Cob
- Butter or Margarine
- Haywire Dry Rub - Original Blend
- Foil for wrapping corn in
Directions:
1. Preheat grill/BBQ to a medium heat of 350 to 375 degrees. This temperature is suitable for both corn grilled with its husk on and corn wrapped in foil.
2. Shuck and wash your corn cobs. Split in half if you desire.
3. Wrap corn cobs in foil with butter and Haywire Dry Rub. Tastes best when it is well coated. Melting the butter with Haywire Dry Rub beforehand can make this process easier if you wish to do so. Use as much Haywire Dry Rub as your heart desires!
4. Cook corn in foil for about 10-15 minutes, turning foil packs occasionally.
5. Corn cobs can be cooked directly on the grill for 10-15 minutes without the foil. Just add butter and Haywire Dry Rub after cooking is complete.
6. Let cool. Serve and Enjoy!
