Sauteed Asparagus and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of Asparagus, washed, dead ends chopped off
  • Mushrooms of your choosing, sliced and washed
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
  • Haywire Dry Rub - Original Blend

Directions:

1. Preheat the skillet to medium heat. Add butter or margarine.

2. Once butter or margarine is melted and the skillet is hot, add in the asparagus and mushrooms and cook down for about 5 minutes.

3. Season generously with Haywire Dry Rub while cooking.

4. Once desired tenderness is achieved on the asparagus and mushrooms, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

5. Serve and Enjoy
